Consignment

One of the services we provide is allowing you to submit your sneakers for sale through our consignment service. taplobestzone is the seller of record for purchases made by buyers shopping from the United States. Our consignment service is governed by the taplobestzone Seller Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Inventory & Prices

  • Availability: We do our best to ensure products are available, but in some instances, a product may become unavailable during the order process. We make no guarantees on product availability.
  • Pricing: Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. We may change prices without notice. If an incorrect price is listed, we will notify you before the item is shipped. Listed prices do not include shipping charges.

Shipping & All Sales Final

  • Shipping: For detailed policies, please refer to our Shipping and Return Policy.
  • All Sales Are Final: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Please refer to the manufacturer’s size guidelines before purchasing.

Typographical Errors

We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price, model name, style number, or description. We reserve the right to correct such errors and the decision to honor incorrect pricing is at our sole discretion.

Gift Cards

taplobestzone gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to buy other gift cards. We reserve the right to deactivate any gift card associated with fraudulent actions. To check your balance, contact support@taplobestzone.com with your gift card code.

Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, taplobestzone and its licensors are the sole owners of the Service and all its content (information, features, trademarks, and intellectual property). These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
